For over two decades, we’ve cultivated a diverse selection of varietals, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Vidal, Chambourcin, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon—with new vines being planted each year as we expand toward our goal of 20 acres of estate-grown fruit.
