We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the upcoming Virginia Wine Festival®, on May 31st and June 1st of 2025. This year’s event is in the heart of Tysons Corner, a vibrant hub that is easily accessible from Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

The Virginia Wine Festival® is more than an event—it’s a celebration of the craftsmanship and passion that define Virginia’s wine industry. We are incredibly excited about this journey and would be honored to share it with you.

Registration:

  • Participating in the Virginia Wine Festival® offers wineries a powerful opportunity to elevate their brands and forge lasting connections with enthusiastic wine lovers and industry professionals in the largest market in the Mid-Atlantic.

    Opportunity to sell fine wines from existing inventories.

    The festival’s vibrant atmosphere and sizable attendance provides substantial visibility and direct engagement, allowing wineries to showcase their wines and share vineyard stories.

  • Wineries participating in the Virginia Wine Festival® should bring selected wines that showcase the depth and quality of their winemaking.

    Offer samples to attendees and engage with them by sharing knowledge about the winery to encourage future visits.

    Sell wines by the glass or bottle - in accordance with applicable Virginia ABC laws.

    Contribute to a dynamic, educational experience for wine enthusiasts and newcomers alike, helping to highlight Virginia’s ever-growing reputation as an exciting wine region.

  • The event will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 4:00 - 9:00 PM and on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 12:00 - 5:00 PM.

  • We anticipate around 7,000 attendees over the two days. In the past, the festival has seen as many as 15,000 over two days. All participating wineries will be provided with updated information on ticket sales closer to the event date.

  • Each winery will be compensated $100 for providing tastings at the festival.

  • There is on-site parking for production vehicles, and plenty of parking for staff in the adjacent Learner parking garage at 1800 Tysons Boulevard, Tysons VA  22102.

  • Set-up will take place beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday morning (May 31, 2025). Exact instructions will be communicated to all the participants closer to the event dates.

  • The site is a large asphalt parking lot located at 8025 Galleria Dr, Tysons, VA 22102. If necessary, wineries may penetrate the asphalt.

    There is potable water from a hydrant and the event staff will be managing several water stations.

    There is electricity through Dominion Power. If you are interested in power being distributed to your site, contact us for more information and pricing.

    There is no public Wi-Fi, so please plan transactions through cellular or bring your own hot spots.

  • We are currently working with Fairfax County Tourism to secure a room block at a preferred rate for all of our out-of-town colleagues.

  • CoFestCo LLC has produced festivals and concerts in the DMV for the last 10 years. The team brings over 70 years of combined experience in the special event world and has been key in the production of a wide array of well-known events, including, The Super Bowl, The Palm Festival, Live on Penn, Wine in the Woods, Gold Cup, Snallygaster, the Hops & Harvest Festival, Taste of DC, Drink the District, and many more

This innovative program is designed to simplify transactions, reduce wait times, and enhance the guest experience while driving increased sales for your winery. Simply enroll your wines for sale on the festival’s website where festival attendees can browse your offerings and place orders directly from their phones via our user-friendly digital platform. Orders are fulfilled at a centrally located, festival staff-managed, kiosk where they can pick up their wines without waiting in long lines at your booth. The On-Site Sales Support is a game-changer for both wineries and festivalgoers. It streamlines the transaction process, enhances guest satisfaction, and helps you capture more sales, all while contributing to a cutting-edge digital experience.
